1. Agreement

WhatsApp AI Assistant may provide functionality including connecting authorized messaging accounts; listing conversations; searching conversations; retrieving messages; identifying unread conversations; AI-generated summaries; drafting messages; personalizing messages; sending supported messages; scheduling messages; managing scheduled messages; business and prospect research where available; and other AI-assisted workflows.
Features may change over time.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining account security; protecting credentials; activities performed through your account; and ensuring connected accounts belong to you or are properly authorized.
You must immediately notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with third-party platforms. Third-party platforms operate under their own terms, policies, availability, and technical restrictions. We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued compatibility.
5. AI Output
AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Users must review AI-generated messages, research, summaries, recommendations, and other outputs before relying on them or sending them to third parties.
6. Messaging Responsibility
You not Codegrin Technologies determine who is contacted; why they are contacted; what information is provided; whether the communication is legally permitted; and whether appropriate consent exists.
You must comply with applicable privacy, telecommunications, advertising, consumer-protection, anti-spam, and marketing laws.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for unlawful spam; harassment; threats; fraud; phishing; impersonation; deceptive marketing; unauthorized surveillance; scraping private information without authorization; selling unlawfully obtained personal information; malware distribution; circumventing platform restrictions; manipulating or bypassing messaging safeguards; sending prohibited or illegal content; contacting people after a valid opt-out; or any activity violating applicable law or third-party platform terms.
8. Suspension
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users; protect third parties; prevent abuse; respond to security incidents; comply with law; respond to third-party platform restrictions; or enforce these Terms.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may become unavailable because of maintenance; infrastructure failures; third-party API/platform changes; messaging-account restrictions; internet outages; security measures; or regulatory requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, software, website design, documentation, original branding, and related intellectual property belong to Codegrin Technologies or applicable licensors. Users retain applicable rights in content they provide.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee message delivery, response rates, leads, sales, revenue, search rankings, AI accuracy, or continuous third-party integration availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codegrin Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
Any additional liability limitation applicable to paid subscriptions should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
